Kinshasa, located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, has topped the global air pollution rankings with an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 184. Following closely are Jakarta, Indonesia, with an AQI of 166, and Kuching, Malaysia, which recorded an AQI of 156.
