According to the latest morning bulletin from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a fresh low-pressure area has developed over the south Andaman Sea and its adjacent regions. The system formed at approximately 5:30 am today, driven by an upper-air cyclonic circulation. Meteorological experts indicate that this low-pressure area is likely to intensify into a depression in the coming period.
