AmCham proposes separate medical device regulations and duty cuts

The American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) has formally requested the implementation of separate regulations for medical devices. The chamber has put forward five key recommendations, which include accelerating the registration process and lowering import duties on these products. In response, the state minister has assured that the approval process for medical devices will be expedited.
