The Minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism has urged the US-based manufacturer Boeing to accelerate the delivery of 14 aircraft intended for the Biman Bangladesh Airlines fleet. Furthermore, Bangladesh is actively seeking cooperation from the United States to facilitate the launch of direct flights between Dhaka and New York by next year.
