Navy rescues 12 fishermen from adrift trawler in Bay of Bengal
The Bangladesh Navy has successfully rescued 12 fishermen from a trawler that went adrift in the Bay of Bengal due to engine failure.

Following an extensive search operation conducted amidst rough sea conditions and adverse weather, the Navy located the drifting vessel. The trawler had been left stranded after its engine failed, leaving the crew adrift at sea. All 12 fishermen were safely recovered by the rescue team.
