The University Grants Commission (UGC) has signed an agreement to expand access to global academic resources for higher education institutions. Formalized on 24 September, the deal falls under the 'E-Books for UGC Digital Library' initiative. This partnership enables 76 universities across the country to utilize a collection of 30,000 international e-books and journals for research and academic purposes.
